Our Valuation Approaches

Our valuation approach will be depending upon the type of property being valued. Generally, the COMPARABLE Approach is applicable to the properties where transactional evidences are available; the INCOME Approach for investment property and those valued having regard to trading potential; the residual approach for development sites and the cost approach as a supporting approach/for specialist property assets.
